Eating clean following a modified version of the paleo diet (80% plant-based + low glycemic) has been a way of life for Sabrina Kate for the last 4 years. She’s been in baking and pastry arts for 12 years and has been baking specialty (gluten-free, paleo, vegan) for the last 6 years… She was raised in the kitchen, and some of Sabrina’s earliest memories are sitting with her Omi in Washington at her house by the lake in her kitchen while she prepared all sorts of delicious German goodies. Every Christmas was abundant with food and recipes handed down for generations, and are her fondest memories with her family!! Food was always made with love and served with a smile…
Sabrina lives, eats, and breathes the chef life, and bakes & cooks from the heart just like her grandmas, aunts, and mother… She gives each recipe, cake, and pastry attention to detail and precise technique, but also pouring love and passion into her craft. She’s adapted a LOT of recipes from her pre-clean eating lifestyle to suit how she eats now, so she’ll be sharing many of them on this site as she continues preparing for the launch of her cookbook!
