Lemon Blackberry Walnut Parfait

Errbody like pah-fait right?  To make this delicious Lemon Blackberry Walnut Parfait that is vegan and paleo friendly, start with about a half cup unsweetened coconut milk yogurt, stir in a drop of  Young Living Lemon Vitality™ Essential Oil, and 1-2 tsp sweetener of your choice (honey, agave, stevia- use tiny bit of stevia to sweeten to your taste), and top with blackberries and walnuts!! You can drizzle more honey over the whole thing, switch out the berries and nuts to whatever suits your mood!! Blueberry + Pecan, Strawberry + Hazelnuts, or something tropical like Pineapple + Macadamia + Flaked Coconut (you could change the oil to lime oil and that would be SO YUMMY!)  The possibilities are endless, and this is versatile for breakfast or treats!!
